In the new wine book, 825 varieties of Turkish and international wines are presented to wine aficionados who would like to explore different colours and textures from various regions. Keeping in mind that one of the most important criteria for a wine lover is the quality of the by-the-glass selection, the new menu has an extensive list of offerings, including Champagne choices.

Turkey offers an array of different wines and styles, including intriguing domestic varieties. The menu is lined up according to Turkish, Italian and French wine regions and grapes. It also includes premium selections from Chile, Spain and New Zealand; all known for their authentic grapes and characteristics.
